- - - Barrett Rappold, 22, of Brockton pleaded innocent to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He was released on his promise to appear in court Aug. 5. Rappold allegedly had 7.9 grams of cocaine, cash and chemical mixing agents in his car when he was arrested June 24 at the Home Depot store in Rockland.

- - - A marijuana possession charge against Christopher Donovan, 19, of Framingham was dismissed upon payment of court costs. Charges of being a minor in possession of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without a finding. Donovan was fined $100 for having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle. He was arrested June 25 in Norwell.

- - - Amanda E. Zophin, 19, of Framingham pleaded innocent to marijuana possession and being a minor in possession of alcohol. Zophin, arrested June 25 in Norwell, was released on her promise to appear in court at a later date.

- - - Charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a knife), intimidating a witness, threatening to kill and willful and malicious destruction of personal property against Thomas E. Pettigrew, 41, of 20 Alrick Road, Quincy, were dismissed by Judge Ronald Moynahan for a lack of prosecution. Pettigrew was alleged to have broken into his ex-girlfriend's Rockland house on Nov. 7, 2004, assaulted her and damaged the house....
